"I went to BE NAILS last week for a Pedicure and Fill-in. Service has really deteriorated since the last time I was there. My Pedicure was ok but the towels they used on my feet smelled like mildew and the nail tech did a horrible rush job on my nails. their Nail Polish was thinned and stretched so much that it started peeling off in 3 days! I went back for them to correct it but they wanted to charge me full price minus just $5. I reluctantly paid it, but they'll never see me again because they lost a good customer!"

"I come here at least twice a month to get my eyebrows done and they do a great job considering i have thick eyebrows. The last time I came I paid $11. I returned and they had me sit and wait 10 minutes just to tell me they didn’t have anybody at work to wax my eyebrows . I came back today and was charged $15 for a wax. $15??? No thank you, then charged me $40 for a FILL in…claimed I had two repairs but did not. They broke off two of my nails then said I needed repair. Terrible customer service and I will NOT be returning here again. They make their own prices, and I’ve seen them argue with at least three customers while being serviced. Very unprofessional."

"Terrible service!!! The polish must have been old. I went back to the salon 3 hours after getting it done because the color started changing. I sat with the owner and he tried to tell me it was my fault. I pointed out that my toes had even started to change. I asked to have it redone. He told me to pick a new color. I said the polish might be old. He told me to "shut up and didn't want to hear my mouth." I asked for a different servicer as I wanted my nails redone like the policy stated on the wall. They tried to put polish on top of the bad color to repair it. This was a horrible experience."

"I’ve gone to many different nail salons and this one deserves 5 stars. I always get a pedicure and dip manicure. My only pet peeve is when the colors don’t match. The first time I came here the dip didn’t match my toe polish very well (not their fault. Happens sometimes with matching color sets). They patiently helped find a polish to match perfectly and repainted my toes. Everyone does a great job and they’re very nice. I’ve been coming here several months now and haven’t broken a nail once. I’m always able to walk in and get serviced in a timely manner, but it would be worth waiting!"

"This is the absolute worst place to get a pedicure. This was my first time going to be nails and my last time going. The pedi was all of 15 mins and it was rushed. Once I got home and the oil absorbed I looked at my feet and they looked absolutely the same. Once I noticed it I called but they were closed. I called in the morning at 10a when they opened and asked to speak with someone in charge or the manager, at this time I explained the situation and he offered me another service no thnk you. He took my info and said someone will call me after 11a. I expressed how I was not happy with my service because it was rushed and Tom did not do a good job and I would like a refund, he or she told me they do not rush or do refunds once service is done and I should have looked at feet before I left. The person I was on the phone with kept over talking me and disregarding everything I was saying, I had to ask them to let me talk and stop talking over me and getting loud. As I explained everything they only offered me a $20 refund which I paid $41.50 for just a polish removal and a pedi, and as you can see I didnt even get polish. I had to ask multiple times for $30 instead of $20 they said they will refund me $30 and I can not come back. Trust and belive I will not ever go back to Be Nails. Some people may be happy with their service at Be Nails but I'm not. If I could give them negative stars I would."
