"I walked in to get a part for my truck and encountered a young man with the worse customer service attitude I've experienced in years. The store was empty of customers when I got there and the young counter guy was absolutely rude from the get-go, he even refused to assist me (even though the company website said it was included when you buy the part). When I asked to speak to the manager, the rude guy told me he had just left the building which seemed extremely convenient. He then basically told me my business wasn't necessary, because other (male) customers had come into the store. I drove two doors down to AutoZone and was treated with respect and appreciation. The Elizabeth Lake Road O'Reilly's could certainly use customer service training, maybe from utoZone who is certainly doing it right."
