"The gentelman taking care of me didn't know how to lube my doors,, basically was incapable of filling my tires appropriately, than when i left i heard/found a screw in my tire. I went back they tried to hoist my car manually and it fell rightback down to the ground. Tried again , it stayed up,, they explaied they removed and plugged for free, i left and had to go else where to HAVE THE SCREW REMOVED AND PLUGGED PROPERLY. DO NOT GO HERE! Also had to file a major complaint with the BBB"

"Ladies do not go here! They will do things to your car during an oil change and not tell you until after the fact and then charge you way more than you expected to be charged for a simple oil change! Called and spoke to “J” and he had nothing to say about it but just kept stumbling over his words! Horrible device, never again will I use this establishment"

"I tried this place out in Waterford because I needed an oil change. They did a great job. The 2 mechanics were friendly and didn't push every add on. I had 2 brake lights out and they figured out it that I had a bad fuse. They replaced the fuse for $10 instead of getting whole new light bulbs. It ended being $92 but my car takes premium oil and got a new fuse. I will definitely use them again in the future."
