"We needed a replacement HEHR window for our 5th wheel. Called them up and was quoted $1000 for the window. Told them to order it as we needed the window. 3 days later still no email confirmation or charge on our credit card. Called back and they had no record of the transaction, which was a blessing in disguise. Found the exact same window for $360 at a Forest River dealer. Very disappointed in his company on every level."
