"Had a shellac/gel manicure from Tracy, whom I have been going to for more than 10 years, and she did an amazing job as usual. It's nice to be able to count on somebody that does a consistent, reliable, and impeccable job doing a manicure like she does. In fact, all of the nail techs at Cosmic Nails do a great job. "At first I really liked my nails, but then I noticed a lot of bubbles in my nails when I first got them done on Friday, and honestly my stiletto shape(that I did pay extra for) is all wonky on a couple nails. Then on Monday morning one broke, when I only had them for 3 days. I did then call them to see if they’d fix it, she said it was only her there that day but she could fix it any time tomorrow once she had more techs available. I went in after work yesterday around 6:30 to get it fixed, and she said it would be a 20/30 minute wait or to come back tomorrow. I waited cause I did already drive a half hour to get there, and it would have taken me 24 minutes to get home. I did wait and I did get it fixed but you can tell that she didn’t put as many coats as the other nails and the shape is a bit different than the rest. They are all very nice in there, but I will not be coming back because of the quality."

"$25 for a basic manicure and $25 for a pedicure. The pricing on their website does not match what they charge. And the male who did my nails left them sloppy. Polish and top coat over my cuticles and surrounding skin. And missed painting sections of my nails. He also ran my card twice because he forgot to put an amount, then did not show me the first reciept."
