They took the time to determine what exactly was wrong..before they worked on it. I have been to other repair shops that just kept trying different things .. costing me extra money. Matt was very helpful and kept me informed throughout the process. Once they determined the brake caliper was sticking and needed to be replaced I was contacted with a quote and was told that eventually I would have to replace the rotor and pads ... But no pressure on doing it now ... Again very much appreciated that. I told them go ahead and replace it all. Once complete they called and let me know it was ready....I told them I had to wait for my husband to get home from work...they even offered to come and pick me up and bring me to the shop .
