"Went to AutoZone to get a battery. My car died in the parking lot. The worker tells me he can sell me a battery, but he won't help put it in nor let me borrow tools. Why, you ask? Because they're "closing in five minutes." So, I ask for a jump start. He brings out the portable starter, and it isn't charged. His solution? "Call triple a." Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else, like to the O'Reilly across Ann Arbor Road. I certainly won't be back to Auto Zone."
"I went here to use the loan a tool program. When I was returning one of the tools the manager of the store was talking with me and was nice but also just being a creep. The whole experience was uncomfortable and I am not usually the type of person to be bothered too much by creeps. I still have one of the tools and I want to return it but I dont think I will since $30 is not worth that experience.."
