The new service writer quoted me $200 some dollars for things I had done at my last service visit w maple hill. She said they just assume by the mileage. $200 assumptions w my money doesn’t work for me! Looking at my history while checking me in must not have sunk in. Commission based service writer running scams on unwitting people is not going to end well for them one day"
