I will NEVER FORGET when the dentist (John) was fixing a cavity and did not want to give me more numbing when I was in pain! Said I was lying! The man is either a sadist or is just too cheap to give his patients more Novocain. Go anywhere else he does not care!"

He performs most of his own procedures and doesn’t refer you out for everything like molar extractions, and implants. He does everything from start to finish. "Worse experience! I specifically chose Dr John because he SWORE to me that my children would be listened to. We explained that they had horrendous experiences at their previous dentist, that they proceeded to work on them when they were not numb, that they refused to listen. He promised that he would not never work on them when they were not numb, that he would guarantee that they were. First few experiences there were great, but I was also in the room at the time. The first time I could not be back in the room, he told my daughter that he would not be dictated to on how to do his work, that she was numb enough. She fled in tears, and he informed her to find another dentist. When I called back, he tried to tell me that any average person would be numb in that area after one shot, I explained that not every patient is average. He kept interrupting me to clarify that the "average" patient...well, obviously this wasn't an average case. This office broke promises, went back on there word, and traumatized my daughter. Would not recommend to anyone!!!!"
