"Due to an insurance change, my husband and I had to switch dentists. We really liked the office we had been going to for years so the switch wasn't easy. We were pleasantly surprised and we are even happier with Dr. Dan and his assistants and office staff than our past dentist. They are professional, up to date on procedures and make the visits very comfortable."
"Highly recommend this office. Audrey and Dana were amazing, thoughtful, professional and gentle. It was my best dental experience ever! Audrey went over and above in the office and Dana was the best hygienist I've ever had. I'm moving out of state but I wish I could fly back just to go here!"
"I have an absolutely terrible fear of the dentist. So much so I have refused to go for nearly ten years (even with a broken tooth). While I take good care of my teeth, this did cause need for some work. I came to Main St. Dentistry because my husband went there through a referral and liked it enough to take our kids there. They loved it there so I figured I would try. I've spent the last 3 weeks visiting this office 1-2 times per week to get myself caught up. The entire staff is absolutely wonderful. I had to bring my kids to my appointments and the staff gave me no issues and helped me! They treated me with kindness and respect. The most important thing they did was understand my fear. They didn't get frustrated with this 28 year old woman hyperventilating in their chair every week. Instead they were patient and kind. They went at my pace and went above and beyond to make sure I was calm and comfortable. They took my million and a half phone calls and answered every question without frustration. I know I was not an easy client due to my fear but they definitely helped me understand that maybe the dentist isn't so scary when you find the right one. I will forever return and so will my children and husband. To name a few...Dr. Durance and Christine are a well oiled machine when working together. They communicated and were great about being cautious of their word tracks to not panic me. They were SOOO patient. Andrea is amazing. She cleaned my teeth and literally talked me through everything. She was kind, sweet and very detailed in her work. Audrey works the front end. She is absolutely wonderful with my kiddos and they adore her. She is absolutely on top of all things insurance and even called and checked my coverage to ensure my work was covered. Thank God for her because I have no idea what half the terminology means. Emily was incredibly sweet. She didn't do anything with my work but she did keep me talking and engaged in conversation with me while I waited. I don't think she realized it but it kept me calm and I wasn't able to focus on my fear. Big blessings to people with anxiety. My fear stems from a very bad experience at another dentist. I only wish 10 years ago I had chosen to come here rather than there. I wouldn't have this fear! I can never thank this dentist enough for giving me my confidence and smile back and for significantly reducing my anxiety towards dentistry. This place is such a blessing and my entire family will forever return."
"Even after the main dentist retured and Natalia was hired on in his stead this place has remained the best place to get your dental work done all around. My only grievance would be the parking, but it's not like they can really control that. Natalia is the most thoughtful and caring dentist I've had in my entire life, having 11 filled cavities I've been to quite a few. More of a perfectionist about my teeth than I am and cares with the vigor of someone who really loves there job. Keep up the great work guys!!"
"After Dr. Stevenson retired, things went south, fast. Prices for services shot through the roof with no explanation. New, young dentist relied on para pros to do some of the dental procedures that Dr. Stevenson did all on his own. Complaints were handled unprofessionally. It almost seemed like new dentists are being taught on how to make more money but do less of the actual work, relying on para pros. That would be OK, maybe, and only if the para pros actually knew what they were doing. IMHO, they didn’t. I hear the new dentist is gone. He didn’t last long. I guess this new business acumen didn’t wash with the patients at the once busy and thriving office. I had a major problem with a crown. They kept pointing fingers at anyone else but themselves. Stay away! Warning!"
