"I had my cleaning done today (07/12/2021) I must say she did an amazing job with the cleaning and my rating isn’t about the cleaning or about the dental service I received today, I decided to give a one star rating based on the way I was treated by the front desk lady, I was given a form to fill and one portion refers to an attachment that I should read before signing, this attachment was missing from the documents handed to me so I decided to ask the lady at the front desk about it and it turned into an argument, she told me to go check on their wall to find this information, I did not understand why she was so upset, if the instructions indicate that this missing attachment was part of the documents given to me, and clearly it wasn’t, did she expect me to sign blindly? what did I do wrong if I request to see the document that I’m suppose to read carefully before signing? smh. I drove 30 minutes to go to that place just to be treated like that? That is so not right."

"I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Taub. He is kind, gentle and very thorough. His assistant Kristen is great as well, and his front office staff is always polite. I am very happy with this practice."
