Doctor Dirani is wonderful, he will work with you through any anxiety and fear you may have. His assistant is great also. Overall the place is wonderful including the staff. "Myself and my kids have been going here for years. Lately, the customer service aspect has changed. Feel more like a number than a person. I was out of town last week when they called to verify my appt and didn’t get back to them right away and they cancelled my appointment for this week. I was extremely disappointed and voiced my concerns to Priya at the front desk. She said she would have the doctor call me. He never did. Super disappointed in the lack of professionalism by Priya. I do love all the hygienists at the office, but likely will not return because of this incident. And in the past, where they tried to overcharge me several times. I questioned it and they adjusted it, but they did overcharge us on several visits.I also believe they give people rewards for good reviews. I see the dentist took some time to respond because I left a review, but didn’t take the time to call me back as I requested two days ago to Priya. I think this is the first bad review I have ever posted, so that should tell you something. It’s not okay with me to cancel my appointment because I was out of town and didn’t get back to you. I’ve never had any other doctors office do that before. And Priya didn’t seem too concerned about it when we spoke on Monday. We were 5 patients that were coming to your office. But I guess that isn’t a priority to you. The numbers and filling spots seems to be most important. The people who left good reviews probably haven’t had the experience I did at your office. But like I said before, you couldn’t take the time to return my phone call, but when I didn’t return yours right away. I lost my appointment. Also, like I stated previously, I do love the hygienists there, wish you and the rest of your staff had the same courtesy and respect as they do. Too bad it is lacking in your front desk staff and apparently you because it was too much for you to pick up the phone and give me a call. Super disappointing to say the least. And your whole response didn’t make much sense to me about appts, etc. I was planning to be there on Tuesday, but really wasn’t given that opportunity. Hope you treat your other patients with more respect than how I have been treated."

"My family has been going here for about 3 years now. Dr. Dirani is friendly, gentle and explains well any issues you may have. Priya is always sweet and welcoming as soon as you open the door. She will try her best to help with any insurance or appointment issues. Every staff i have interacted with has been friendly. I am glad i found this dentistry for my whole family."
