"Hello - I had a very frustrating experience at your office this morning. I knew I had a credit balance on my account but I was asked to pay $62 from my pocket. When I asked for billing history and details, I found several mistakes which I had to stay back for 20 minutes to have them fix. Finally after waiting and working with your people they did confirm I had a credit balance on my account and they voided my payment. Can you please have Dr Goldstein or head of finance call me back to explain why this happened?"
