The appointment was painless, we were shown the issue with the failure, unfortunately being over 10 years old the repair was out of the question, and was offered to purchase a new refrigerator through Ace at a fair price, with a 2 year warranty. Removal and installation was simple also, provided by Ace. Was given a fair priced coupon that knocked off a little bit of the cost to. We are very pleased with Ace. He diagnosed the problem, had the needed part on the truck and had the dryer working within an hour. He took my money with a smile, told me about the Ace protection plan (which I plan to take) and left with a thank you."
