"The knowledge of the installer"
"I traveled from Michigan to Indiana to have my trailer lights wiring on my 2018 Ford F-150 repaired, But when I arrived the employee had no idea that I had an appointment. He claimed that they didn’t accept the install from the corporate office. He also told me that the wiring couldn’t be repaired and that I had to have it replaced before even examining the wiring. The other employee who I believe was the manager, told the employee to install the wiring since they had one in stock, and they had nothing else to do. The employee took approximately three hours to install the wiring harness on my vehicle. Moreover, The install wasn’t done professionally. I could see a wire hanging down in the area where the hitch was installed. Nevertheless, I noticed scratches on the driver side of my 2018 Ford F150 near driver door entrance that wasn’t there prior to me leaving my vehicle with the Uhaul employee . Therefore, the unprofessional installer was also careless with my vehicle. I do not recommend the South Bend, Indiana Uhaul to anyone because of their unprofessional service and their carelessness of the customers vehicle."
