"When my car wouldn't start and I had a family emergency to deal with the next day they were more responsive than I could have ever imagined. They towed my car within the hour, diagnosed and replaced the starter first thing in the morning and I had my car back by early afternoon. I have never experienced such great service from a repair shop and I hold onto cars for a long time. I'll go back to this shop and recommend them to everyone I know. Huge kudos! "Had to get my car towed off of Notre Dame's campus, they were able to schedule it and give me a quote the day before, and we're mostly on time the next morning. The front office wasn't fully sure what I was talking about (snapped my CV axel), I quoted me more than necessary. When the guy arrived he charged me for a basic tow, because that's all he needed to do. Much appreciated, they initiated it, and it saved me about 50 bucks. They were in and out very quickly, and their recommended by the shop I took my car to (k&j). Edit: dropped two stars - the last three times I've been in to grab a soda, the clerks were openly fighting, calling everyone and each other incompetent while ignoring customers. This last time, they were fighting about how not to let the boss know they were in his office (hint, loudly fighting about it in public is not advised), and PULLED ME INTO this exchange. Between the misquote and the continued deeply unpleasant atmosphere, I'll be avoiding them in the future. Good towing (other than call answer), hope they fix this unpleasantness."

"Had a starter go bad Thanksgiving weekend while we were traveling. They towed my truck, got it in the shop first thing Monday morning and had it fixed by 10am. They were recommended by family members and I couldn't be happier! They did fantastic work, at a price less than I expected, including the towing. Absolutely 7-out-of-5 for service!!!"
