I am not talked to like an idiot or pushed in to any additional services because I have an innie vs an outie. (Ladies, you know what I’m talking about.) I was also incredibly impressed that there were two women working on vehicles. I came here the first time for the convenience, I will never go anywhere else because of the stellar customer service."

"Very unprofessional! Didn’t let me know that id be he here an hour! Didn’t let me know that somebody new was working on my vehicle instead of someone with experience! Told me they were being trained and watched by the assistant manager even though the assistant manager was literally standing in front of the car next to mine! Argued with me saying they topped off fluids and did tire pressure! The only thing they did was hook something up to my battery and say it was reading as bad even though it a new battery! Then gave me a sticker that says to be back in 2,000 miles! Very bad experience! They need to make this right!"
