"I ordered a Highland® 2 Pocket Trunk Organizer - Red/Gray, 26" x 12" x 12" on September 28th and on September 30th I received a Van roof rack. Since then I have called twice and emailed customer service 3 times to resolve this problem. I was instructed to email pictures of what I received to prove I have the wrong product and I have done this. After I emailed the pictures I followed up with an email and I have since heard nothing. It is now October 10th and I still don't have my organizer. PLEASE provide direction as to how to return the roof rack and receive my trunk organizer. I am very frustrated with the poor customer service."
