She should not be allowed to interact with anyone that's human. She is rude, unfriendly, lacks genuine concern and is not helpful. She even screamed on the phone and became threatening with refusing to assist with my concern. I would not recommend even getting quotes from this place must less doing business. Very frustrating and unpleasant experience. Just a FYI to Grabers, the customers experience begins with the initial interaction with the shop and Monica ruins that for your shop. Reputation is everything as well as the type of customer service you provide."
