"I had okay service at RAP Automotive, but the company did not honor the estimate they gave me. Fixing my heater cost more than $100 more than the estimate. This was AFTER I paid in the $250-range for them to determine what was wrong in the first place. After receiving the estimate, I called other companies to see what they charged and it was comparable. I will seriously reconsider using them again. They couldn't be bothered to tell me about the cost changes even though I was sitting in their waiting area."
