"We called in a week ago and gave our exact make and model of our van. They told us they worked with our insurance company and that they would be able to repair it. Fast forward a week later and my husband and I take work off early and drive half and hour just to be told our vehicle is too tall for them to work on. Thanks for wasting our time."

"Went to go drop my car off on a Thursday before Christmas. Didn’t even think about it being the weekend then them being closed on Monday for the holiday - got there and asked if I could change my drop off to the following Tuesday so I didn’t pay for a rental all weekend. They changed my repair date and rental to Tuesday! Awesome! Took a little over a week to get parts/repair. Great service and repair - friendly staff! Only thing I wish they did differently would be to give an estimate on repairs at drop off. I had to call twice and see what the plan was/when they thought repairs would be done! Always very friendly and had the information available but wish they’d update the customer rather than me having to call them!"

"I was in an accident with front end damage on my SUV. My insurance had me take my car to Caliber Collision in Elkhart IN. I dropped it off the day after Christmas and exactly two weeks later they had it completed. My car looks like it's brand new again. However, I had an issue with my 6yr old battery. They had told me it was corroded and they cleaned it off, but I needed to get a new one soon. I didn't realize I needed to get one right away before shutting the car off (dumb on my part), and I also just paid a large deductible and broke from that plus Christmas. On my way home I stopped at the gas station, and the car wouldn't start back up. At this point it was 20 minutes until they closed. I should also state that I don't have anyone at home that can help me with things like this. So I called them (in tears), and they didn't hesitate to send someone to my location to get the car started back up again. If that wasn't great enough, they also then offered to follow me to Auto Zone, and helped me get a new battery. Auto Zone then changed it for me, and the guy there told me to drive it around for 15 minutes and then come back to see if it stopped pulling error codes. He was getting ready to clock out for the day, but told me it was no problem. After he tested it, my car was not pulling any codes. Caliber Collision was awesome, very timely manner considering we had the holidays as well, and then the customer care they provided was superb to say the least. I'm super happy, and if I ever need to have work done on my car again, I would definitely go back. Thank you Caliber Collision team! ❤"
