"We had hoped to get an appointment with Grand Design to look at our 5th wheel slide and resolve a recall on our microwave oven. Grand Design had no openings and provided us with the contact information for Charger Enterprises. We called over to Charger and they were very accommodating and told us they had a full schedule but would try to fit us in. They provided us a spot with water and electric while we waited. They got us in NEXT DAY because they had a cancellation . They fixed all the issues we were experiencing and did a fantastic job. Very professional and courtesy. We will definitely be using Charger Enterprises in the future for our RV services."
"Happy Campers! Thanks to Gerald, Tom, Carol, and Billy and all the others we did not have the pleasure to meet. We had some big ticket items that needed repairs. Because they were big items we had to schedule our visit weeks in advance. We planned our travels around stopping at their facility. So thankful Heartland referred us to them. "WOW thank you Heartland RV for referring us to Gerald Straw at Charger Enterprises in Elkhart, IN to handle our 2017 Bighorn service needs. We dropped the coach off to them yesterday morning with about 10-items to be taken care of expecting it to take through Friday to handle these repairs. Surprise, we received a call at 1:30 today that it was finished and ready to pick up. They even took care of other items they found that we didn't know about. After replacing a door, jamb and slide-out trims they cleaned our home perfectly. We highly recommend Charger Enterprises if you need service in the Elkhart area, thank you Gerald. Tomorrow we start the trip back to NV by the end of the month."
