"We thought it was a good visit until highway driving in snow. Realized that the window washer fluid wasn’t filled. Had to stop in -20 degree weather and refill it myself. Thought that would have been taken care of with a 120 dollar oil change. I want to update this review. I had received a call from the owner. He was very professional and sincerely cared that something wasn't done right. I will use this business again because I know that mistakes happen!"

"Great service as usual. They also pull the filters and inspect brakes and tires so I know my vehicle is in good shape. They scan check engine light anytime it pops on. It seems to be recently all new management there and things changed but I like it better."

"They didnt do half the stuff listed on receipt. Said I refused window and vacuum. Wasn't even asked. Said they topped off washer fluid... Nope!! It's empty.. I was sitting in car whole time. Even asked the person I paid if they only change oil. I didn't see them pull dip stick after filling oil. Also never seen my transmission fluid checked. For what you pay, you would expect better service. This was my first time using jiffy lube. It will be my last also. Tried to call number on receipt. Of course they don't have a mailbox set up for the number."

"The customer service truly sucks. When I drove up, several employees standing around with their hands in their pockets. I asked them if they could help me put 2 quarts of Lucas in my transmission. Nope, they couldn't. I went to Oreilys and purchased a pan and did it myself."
