"June, 2019 we purchased granite countertops from Statler’s. The next day we telephoned the owner and advised that there were a couple of “divots “ on the countertop. He apologized and said he would have the installer stop by to fix them next time he was in the area. That was three years ago, and he never stopped by. Shortly after we again telephoned the owner and complained that the countertops were dull and would not shine. They recommended we use acetone and reseal - we did that and continued to have the same problem. We have called the owner many times since then and he has promised to have someone contact us. Again, he took our money three years ago but has not done anything but given us empty promises since. I believe if you are satisfied with the service you receive from Statler’s you’re lucky, because if you aren’t and you paid in full, he really doesn’t care."

"Went into their store during business hours twice on August 12th and both times no one was in the front of the store and never came out to greet us, ask us what we needed, or even acknowledged us being in their business. Wanted to keep my money local for my kitchen project - but with customer service like this, I’ll happily make the drive to Kalamazoo."
