"This is a store with employees that will flat out lie to you. Refuse to give you names and put more effort into giving you the run around than doing what is right. BTW read the fine print, they reserve the right to change the price of an item BEFORE, AFTER OR DURING sale. Which is what they did to me, sold me items, canceled my order without telling me then raised the price. Wasted hours of my time trying to get it all figured out. Waiting hours on hold then getting the run around is what you should expect. Try the Coldwater branch, much better."

"I had a cabinet refacing project to do at home and wasn't quite sure on where to start. I believe his name was MARK, proved to be such a great help! He is a wood worker in his personal life I came to discover, so the perfect person to show me exactly what I needed to get started on my project. He pointed out that the steel paint scrapper I had picked out on my own could in fact damage the wood and suggested a set of plastic ones that were just as effective and didn't damage my cabinets! He also took his time walking me through the differences between different sanding grids, etc. Great experience and felt super comfortable thanks to Mark!"
