"I had an experience with a rude employee at the Three Rivers menards. His name was Tony so I waited till Monday. To go in and talk to the manager. And I guess they've already had their little group meeting because the manager said there was nothing he can do about it now. And he will talk to his employee and there was a gentleman there. That also said he's rude every time I've been in here too. I left there and went over to home depot, the employees there were so polite and so helpful."
"I prepared an online order for this store with 15 items totaling nearly $500. The store is over 30 miles away and the only reason I was going there is because it had a window in stock that I want to buy. When I went to check out I was hit with a $15 processing fee that is not explained anywhere on the website. I called the store and was told that they charge $1 per item if they pull it for the customer. I've never heard of such a thing and cancelled my order."
"I have bought a lot from Menards over the years. 10s of thousands worth. Things have gotten worse. The lack of training and employees combined with sneaky practices like putting an order in online, paying %20 more because they grab the items for you then you getting there and having to go to the rear of the store so they can tell you to go to the front of the store to get the paper then them telling you to go back to the rear of the store then waiting 20 minutes for someone to give you your items they claimed were ready for pickup that you paid a lot of money to have ready. This is normal procedure, CHECK YOUR ITEMS! I have had multiple occasions where items were wrong."
"Love the store. They have everything you need and the helps awesome. The only draw back is the rebates haft to be mailed in and don't reprint them if you lost them. Other stores let you do it through the app like just scan the receipt or it automatically is added through your account. But the money they save keeping it that was who blamed them but all and it's a good store."
"Great place for home improvement materials and parts. Always well stocked with friendly and helpful employees. Very well lit and clean throughout. Prefer this above any of the other home improvement stores in the local area. Better prices than the competition and the product mix never fails to satisfy. Easy to find whatever I'm looking for with clear signage and helpful displays."
