"So our washing machine started making a humming, vibrating noise in the agitation cycle and I knew it would need to be looked at. Called Nelson's Appliance and they got me on their schedule a couple weeks out at the time. Well my appointment day finally came and the tech (Austin I believe) called to let me know he was on his way right inside the window of time they said he would come. Austin was very friendly, considerate and knowledgeable. He went right to work and we chatted as he did his thing. He very much involved me in the process by explaining what he was doing along the way. In very short order he figured out the problem and made the fix. They made very clear to me the cost of the trip charge when I scheduled so I knew my starting point as far as the expense would go and, because Austin fixed the problem quickly and no expensive parts were necessary, I didn't shell out a ton of money. I was very pleased with the final cost. Long story short I just wanted to give Nelson's a shout out to say thanks and to recommend them to you when you have an appliance in need of repair. I won't hesitate to call them again when the time comes and I hope you won't either."

"Nelson appliance has come to my residence 7 times, to fix my dishwasher. First technican made the issues worst, created a water leak, improperly installed the dishwasher, and scratched my cabinets. Due to the water leak, my 8 month pregnant wife almost slipped. As a result of the water damage, I now have damage to my wood floor. I have heard some very concerning stories about, their customer service representative Brandi. I am very angry with the lack of responsibility, and accountability of this business. Most of all I am currently deployed, and very frustrated I cannot deal with the situation!"

"I called Nelson's because my refrigerator stopped cooling and they set me right up with an appointment. They called to confirm the day before and day of. The technician came out right at the beginning of the repair window so I didn't have to wait around. It took him 20 minutes to diagnose the problem and install a part to fix it! Less than $150 all in to fix my 10+ year old fridge and it's working great again. I highly recommend Nelson's!"
