"I purchased a washer and dryer combo from this store in JANUARY and was assured that it would be reliable for at least a year and was fine with that time span, the red flags went up when the gentleman brought the washer and dryer the my house and had no one to help bring it in and requested that my children help bring it in (they're girls) upper body strength not a part of their physical capabilities butt, got it in the the home noticed immediately water coming from the washer called the gentleman (as the washer and dryer was still under warranty (praise GOD) he came, didn't ask as to what was wrong just said he would bring another one well HE CAME didn't have any help but fortunately a friend was here so HE helped bring in the washer we've been using it for 3 months and it stops, I called the gentleman here thanked me for calling Don't fall for convenient of the store being locally located it's a rip off too be aware is to be forewarned"
