One of the employees reluctantly helped me find the item. No problem, I was happy with the product. Then 5 days later I received a call that I hadn't picked up the order. I was open and honest that I had already picked up, and I would hope most others would be also, but hopefully they get a better system."

I asked about a "pink colored" light bulb and the lady working said if it wasn't what I wanted that they would refund my money. I'll be back for it. I asked about something to hold a rug in place and she gave me many options."
