"We purchased a fridge from them on 9/20. It was delivered 9/21 with an extended warranty. Well their stupid warranty is only for 30 days. We call today to ask if they will fix it, not unless we pay for it. So a $660 fridge is broke after a little over a month and they could care less. This place is a joke. I will never purchase anything from them again."

"I paid 400 for a stove the delivery person never contacted me never responded to my calls or texts. I called J's 3 days straight left messages no answer no returned call. I even went to the store they opened at 12pm no one showed up until 130pm. I waited for an hr and a half. I just want the appliance I paid for delivered or I can pick it up or my money returned. Poor business ethics I feel like I've been scammed"

"Only giving 1 star because I can’t give 0. Definitely steer clear of this place. I bought a washer from these jokers, only to get it home and it’s junk! Doesn’t drain or spin water out. Contacted them to let them know and they are refusing to refund money. Tech can only fix it on his schedule. So I told the owner I’d never purchase from his again and now he’s refusing the warranty! Go anywhere else but here!"

"Very cheap washer and dryer sets are $650 and then washer and dryer singles are $200-$300. I spent $280 even on mine. They have a lot of cheap appliances there and most are used but all tested before they are even put in store and their is some new stuff but a little more pricey. Tax is already included on the sticky notes on them around the store so the price u see on them is the price u are paying. Cash is better because there isn’t a fee with card it’s a fee not sure how much but there is. Was a great experience over all."

"Horrible place to biy things from. Bought a tv for my daughter for xmas. It did not work out of the box as they guaranteed. Since I bought it few months ago, won't honor my warranty even though I told him it wouldnt be open until Christmas. What a joke do not buy!!!! Stay away"
