"The absolutely worst in customer service. Could not reach by phone or online chat, no email address provided, had to write a letter and send it via snail mail. Sent letter Dec. 23, didn't hear back from them until January 12. They called and said they closed for winter holidays. When I asked, "When did you return from break?" she said, "Don't get nasty with me! We got back January 2." So it still took them 10 days to contact me, and rudely at that. Found a local guy to do my repair. I will NEVER buy another KitchenAid or Whirlpool (their parent company) product."

"Purchased a bundle including a stand mixer and an attachment for slicing vegetables. Received the attachment within 2 days but no mixer. Called for help and Dylan in Tennessee took my call. Re-assured me that it is normal for bundle items to ship separately and that the mixer should arrive within about a week. When I bought online, the estimated ship date was about a week after purchase. So I was surprised to get the attachment so quickly. Only issue I have was a that the website doesn't show my order split into the 2 seperate shipments."

"It's Kitchen Aid! Of course, it's the best! Love their products! I have purchased small appliances, oven mitts, kitchen towels, and small kitchen "chachkas" and they are all quality, and to be honest for that quality the prices are not bad at all. And of course there's the infamous Kitchen Aid blender.....I love all the colors that this product comes in! Had to get red to match the red, black, and white Mickey theme of the kitchen. Yes, this can be pricey, but it's top notch when it comes to how well it's made and how easy it is to clean!"

"We bought a Kitchen Aid dishwasher from Best Buy in 2020. We really never buy appliances from them, but it was during Covid and other companies were out of stock. Now we love our dishwasher model as it runs great!! Except a big old rust stain that started on the outside. We called Best Buy as we took the extended warranty, but they do not cover cosmetics which they consider rust cosmetic. Ok so they said to call Whirlpool which I did. First time I called today, got a sweet lady who I explained everything to. She said she will set me up for service. Ok, so an appliance company in my area calls me and says it’s a $129.00 call fee and parts and labor. I am like what? She said Whirlpool does not cover it as we’re out of manufacturers warranty. Are you kidding me! A $1,200 dishwasher that was purchased a few years is not covered for this?. How does RUST even come about on a stainless steel product. Exactly it should not rust. Any event I called Whirlpool back and they stated there is nothing they can do but offer me a loyalty code so I could buy a new dishwasher!! Why? It’s only s few years old. All it needs is a new door or outside panel. So here is my lesson, will never buy another stainless steel Kitchen Aid product again because they do not stand behind their stuff."

"Do not buy Kitchenaid. Bought a dishwasher in October 2022. Started having errors in November 2022. They have a 1 year "repair warranty." Started trying to get it fixed in January 2023. They have not yet fixed the dishwasher. That is one month of error free use. The dishwasher will not complete a cycle. Now they say that they cannot repair because they do not have a part. But they will not replace or reimburse, and they have no date as to when the part will come in. So we bought a dishwasher ($849 on sale) and six of the seven months it has not worked. Does that sound like a good deal to you? I've never had an appliance work so poorly in my life."
