"Who knew Chuck E Cheese got a makeover? I haven't been since I was a kid but I had a preconceived notion of what to expect, and it definitely exceeded my expectations. I loved that you could buy a game card for a certain period of time and have access to everything! Definitely makes you aware of how much you are spending up front and allows the kids full reign of whatever they want to do. I also really liked that there were several photo stations mixed within the games and they were included - say what? I did not expect that at all. I also wasn't sure if THE Chuck E would be making an appearance while we were there but he came out and did a little dance and my kids loved it. He patiently high fived and took photos with all the kids. We all had a blast!"

"Regret decision on coming to this location again with my family, first visit wasn’t super welcoming when arriving, but they were very busy, 4 birthday parties and most tables full ordered our food and had it within 15 minutes, but tonight they were slow, placed our order once we got there spent $140 on food and games, decided to sit and wait for our food because they weren’t busy at all, well they had 1 birthday party, after an hour I asked how long it was going to be until we could get our one large pizza and chicken, they said well we have a big party here and have limited space, do you just want a refund. My kids were starving and upset that we had been sitting for 45 minutes before allowing the kids to play one game. They ended up refunding all my money because I had to go get my kids something to eat and wasn’t going to be coming back in to a place that we could have had everything(dinner and family fun) Will never come back staff was rude, when questions were asked and the one girl just rolled her eye and said it is what it is. No wonder over the years they have closed locations, and now one less place I can take me kids to. Mind you we have two kids under 5."

"My wife, daughter and I met a friend and her son here right before Halloween. There was a promotion of extra tokens/game time for kids wearing their costumes so the kids dressed up. When we arrived, the staff was less than friendly, like we were an inconvenience, and had no idea about the costume promotion or where to look for it so we ended up just paying their normal prices. After we were there a while, I went up to the toy counter with my daughter to exchange tickets for toys. There were 4 staff members standing there talking amongst themselves and never acknowledged our presence even though we were right in front of them. I finally asked if they were working or on break. Guy replies "We're on break". I made an unfriendly comment then went to the front counter and asked for a supervisor. She finally dribbled out from wherever she was and wasn't much better. I ended up giving my ticket card to another patron and just left. Chuck E Cheese has not just gone downhill, but fell off a cliff imo. There's less choices of games and the ones they have aren't much fun and require constant feeding of money, no playgrounds, and no more animatronics. I know these are not necessarily the fault of this individual establishment, but their staff choice is. Do better."

"My family was celebrating our daughter's birthday here. The kids loved it, they had fun. Very cool entertainment for children. As for the organization, there are nuances. First, we brought our cake, which they forgot about, and then barely found. Secondly, when I received the receipt, I saw an additional position that I did not order, and overpaid $15 (I noticed on the way home). Next time I'll check the check right away. And please give the managers normal knives, because we brought a wonderful cake, and it was just torn with a plastic knife."

"The staff was incredible. She helped so much. Kept me informed about everything going on. The pizza was great this time. The atmosphere was incredible. When I had my boys birthday parties there couple years ago it was awful so I was a little reluctant to have my daughter's there but I'm so glad I did!"
