"Had a great experience with Rockford Collision, they fixed my vehicle after an accident. When repainting portions of the car, they even repainted the racing stripe along each side of the car that had faded out over time with no extra charge! When I initially brought in my car to get an estimate they even helped me zip tie my bumper to ensure that in the time between the estimate and actual fix that there was no concern of it falling off. My car looked better after they were done that it had prior to my accident!"

"They are the nicest people on this earth!!!!!!!! I made an idiot move, when I didn't see a parking lot marker, that only partially stuck out into a parking spot, and took my bumper off on the right side of my Ford Edge. I took it to Rockford Collision. They fixed it in less than 15 minutes, and they didn't charge me a dime! I insisted on paying them. They wouldn't take my money.
