"Terrible service.. My car has had problems starting for about 2 weeks now. Even when up to temp. I went there to get my battery and starter tested because I know they do free testing. I walked in and greeted the clerk and simply asked “Do you think I could get my battery and starter tested real quick if you don’t mind?” I was met with on of the worst answers possible. “Sorry, I’m the only one here and don’t know how to do the tests.” HELLO?? How do you advertise free testings and then hire employees and don’t teach them how to do the tests and let them work alone. Absolutely unprofessional and unacceptable."

I told him I'd even pay him to help me figure it out, and he assured me he would help out free of charge. While there wasn't any fix to be had, he was still kind and helpful and offered me reassurance, and I truly appreciated his help."

Google said it was the battery and the battery was 5 years old. The battery is actually in the trunk of my volvo and required a few steps to get it out. Gavin did this and was awesome! He didn't lose patience when I totally would have."
