"Honestly used to like coming here, pricing was fair and they had usually done a good job on my other vehicles. I brought my Chrysler 200 in to get my airbag light fixed. I had previously gone into a shop and had the machine plugged into it and they told me it was the drivers side seat. River Valley claimed it was the passenger seat. I told them okay, if that's what you believe but I was told otherwise then go ahead. They "fixed" it and it was off for a few weeks before popping back on. I brought it back in, and at that time they had tried to charge me AGAIN, for them to fix their previous work. They had said they were sorry and didn't wanna lose a customer, so they "fixed" it again and it is currently back on for the 3rd time now. Called and left a voicemail, and sent texts and have not heard a word back about what they are willing to do to make things right. Would definitely not recommend their services and will not be returning."
