I went in requesting parts (calipers) I assumed needed and was told that I didn't need to change them just the pads and rotors. Same thing with the back brakes, I assumed they should probably be replaced since they had not been done since i owned the vehicle but they inspected, cleaned and adjusted them since they didn't need to be replaced.
