"Do not go to this office. Dr. Smith and his team were fantastic. But he retired and my dental hygienist left and my last visit was terrible with the doctor that replaced Dr. Smith. Dr. Sinacola told me she needed X-rays of some of my teeth because the ones from my regular dentist weren’t good enough. At that point I was done with my cleaning and ready to leave as I had an important meeting I needed to get to at work. I told her I didn’t have time for the X-rays and then my hygienist told me she wouldn’t make my next appt. until I get the X-rays. Then 3 days later I get a certified letter in the mail that they don’t want me as a patient any longer.I am gladly finding a new periodontist! This doctor has some major issues."

Went in scared and nervous due to a horrible appointment at a Holland Pero office. Dr. Smith's employees were accommodating right from the start. Returned for a scaling procedure which was pain-free to my surprise! It was easy to see this office puts the customer first & their experience in the field clearly can't be matched."

"Dr. Smith is one of the nicest Periodontists I’ve ever met. It’s too bad I can’t say the same about his staff. They are the absolute worst. Very rude, they can’t take down and bill insurance providers correctly. It took his staff a year to bill my correct insurance. They had an insurance provider down for me that I’ve never even heard of. I tried on multiple occasions, even 3 way calling with my insurance company to try to get them to bill the correct insurance. They finally billed my insurance and then sent the bill straight to collections, even though it was their fault it took so long to get through insurance. I would stay far away from this place."
