"I had a crown done on November 13, 2023. The whole procedure got off to a bad start because I was misled as to which tooth needed it. Had I known the correct tooth, I would have talked to my previous dentist about the filling that had been done originally. It was too late, since they already numbed me and started prepping. We are now in February 2024 and I still cannot chew on that side of my mouth. These jokers shaved down teeth without my consent, and the only "fix" they can offer is a root canal after multiple adjustments to the crown. Thank GOD I received an EOB from my insurance. They over-billed me by almost $700. When asked about it, they were prompt in repaying me. I'm so glad my old dentist takes my insurance. I'm tired of living like this and will probably just have the molar pulled. It's been beyond destroyed for the crown, and they did a horrible job. The teeth they also shaved down have temperature sensitivity now, so I'm beyond mad. This place gets two stars because it's clean and the staff are nice."

"Had a crown done in October, had to schedule out a few weeks. Paid in full and found out in early November my dental insurance would cover almost $400 more than expected. As of today, December 7, I’ve followed up for the 3rd time on my refund and told they have no way to track it but it could be 6-8 weeks to get a check in the mail. Very frustrating and I won’t be returning."

"A clean peaceful setting with friendly and professional staff unlike other dental facilities! My heart aches because we had to suffer with other dentists that didn’t give us this kind of quality of care and took our money! Here in Michigan previous dentist destroyed our teeth! Highly recommend this facility! Absolutely Outstanding! Sad that I’ve read negative reviews. in my opinion and experience with this facility are not valid. It’s a given to ask how long appointments are going to be. I respect that they require or ask that you get your teeth cleaned prior to the next steps. Especially if there’s a build up. If you’re looking for a quick fix, infections, taking your money as they create more gum/teeth issues by all means find another dentist that will be happy to disrespect and take your money. (As they file your teeth down, not cleaning prior to procedure, creating future issues) if you want a clean peaceful facility, with an amazing friendly professional staff, who wants you to have healthy gums and teeth then this place is for you. Remember ask how long your appointments will be, & always schedule your next appointments prior to being seen or after being seen. They fill up fast and they do have a waiting list! ❤️"
