I was welcomed as soon as I walked in and then shortly after I was brought back into the clinic where I met Amy and Dr. Smith, they both walked me through the procedure and calmed my nerves. I would recommend this office to anyone looking for one, such an intelligent and kind team!"

"This office has really gone downhill which is unfortunate. They used to be my go to recommended dental office in Grand Rapids. However, after having my cleaning cancelled out from under me due to staffing issues and then not having a new appointment to offer me for 6-8 weeks, I was already less than thrilled. I decided to give them one more chance, and took that appointment, despite the extended wait. I arrived to my appointment 10 minutes early and checked in. I then sat in their waiting room until 25 minutes past my scheduled appointment time with no communication from the front desk. It wasn't until I called another dentist's office while still in their waiting room that I even got so much as a glance from the receptionist. Left feedback on their Facebook page, was blocked immediately. Zero communication skills. Zero patient retention efforts. I'll take my time and money where it's valued."
