"Terrible warranty service. Came out in April and looked at fridge one day after I bought it because the fridge side was freezing promised a fix in 6 weeks due to parts shortage. Over 7 months since issue started. Several text exchanges with apologies and “oh it’s still back ordered”. Then suddenly the texts stop. Just figured out what part was needed myself and ordered it. In stock and Promised in 5 days. Yes they have decent deals, everyone was always kind when I’d stop in but don’t expect any warranty service."

"Look, these are used and repaired appliances. They are about 1/4 of the price of a cheap equivalent. I think everyone is setting their expectations way too high. If you want new, buy new. If you want cheap, these guys are nice helpful and friendly. 10/10"

"We bought a Kenmore Elite 33” stainless steel refrigerator and a Samsung 30” stainless steel electric range from Manny on June 11 2022. We live 2 1/2 hours away so the transaction was done primarily over text with photos. Manny was extremely patient with my far too many questions. When we picked up the appliances they far exceeded our expectations! We brought them home and installed the following day. Flawless performance. We highly recommend this family run business and will be dealing with them in the future as needed."

"They refurbish appliances and you basically walk into their work area. There are a lot of appliances outside in the parking area. Sure, the prices are good...BUT there is no manufacturers warranty on the refurbished appliances. They said they sell new ones, too, that do carry the full warranty, but they are not at a reduced price. If prefer to buy from an actual appliance store to buy new."

"Not even one star worthy! DO NOT BUY from this company! I called ahead an asked about their warranty and was told it’s 90 day warranty and was told if there was something wrong with it I could come back return it I’m 90% sure I verified that I would be able to receive money back as well. Either way they sold me a washer that did NOT work! It leaked and also had illegally straight lines the safety mechanism on the washer. They were supposed to sell me a Kenmore washer but they sold me a Kenmore washer with the basket of a different washer in it. When I had first plugged it in the appliance blew my breaker as well! I see on other reviews that this has happened to other people. The warranty and purchase I signed was for a Kenmore washer not a Frankenstein machine without the safety mechanism! The washer was running with the lid open! I have a daughter! DO NOT BUY from this store! They were dishonest from the start and put myself and family at risk! I will be calling the BBB and may be filing a police complaint this is a scam!"
