"Clothing was quite disorganized, and there were only 2 cashiers working on. Sat. afternoon. The line to check out was at least 10 people deep, so I did not end up purchasing my one item that I did find. Today's experience aside, I enjoy being able to bring my Amazon returns here, and the process was very smooth and quick."

"Kohl’s at Christmas time- yeah, I went there. Across from the Woodland Mall. They closed the check out on one side of the building and only had 2 check out lanes open on one end. Bad decision. It was horrible! But to my great relief when I finally made it to the check out lane my cashier was a delightful young lady named Ashtun. She was truly spectacular. Thee best attitude and customer service imaginable. Great job Ashtun! I hope they have the sense to promote you and open up the other check out lanes n"

"Standardized Kohls is not going to lie. There are a wide variety of clothes to choose from, like sweaters, jackets, pants, or shorts. The store was spread out pretty well and was mostly easy to navigate. Employees, on the other hand, are very nice and get the job done fast, like the cashiers here. Overall, 5 stars."

"My experience shopping at Kohl’s is always pleasant and worthwhile. The sales and are always phenomenal! And they offer great quality products and services. I really appreciate the coupons, rewards and Kohl’s Cash. On our last visit, Bonnie, the cashier, took the time to show me on my Kohl’s app, all of the discounts and coupons that were available for me to use. I was able to save $194.02 from my $192.86 receipt and I earned $30.00 back in Kohl’s cash for my next purchase. Using my Kohl’s charge card definitely pays off!"

"Kohl's at Woodland Mall is doing what they can in this changing retail world. The doors and registers on the east side of the store are closed. The store is well stocked with merchandise, but not always stocked with shoppers. In days of tight employment, their staff was friendly and courteous, providing accurate and helpful guidance of where to find things and also making sure we could get our Kohl's reward, even though we had forgotten to bring our card. The Kohl's cash keeps bringing you back."
