"He showed up late the first day….after looking at the dryer which I told him the problem was he told me he had to order the part and would call me the next day. He never called and had to call him to see what was going on and even after that he said it would take a week to get the part and that was fine but he never bothered to call to say he had the part or anything. I ended up fixing the dryer myself. I called him after the fix and he didn’t answer his phone so I left a message saying his services were not needed that I have fixed myself and sold the dryer being we got a new one to replace the old dryer anyways for waiting so long 2 weeks…."

"Called and set up an appointment to repair/replace our GE Refrigerator ice maker. Jerry looked at it and said he had to order parts. A week later called him back and no return call. The next week called again, and no return phone call. Ended up with GE Appliance Repair who replaced it in ten minutes and didn't charge us for the new ice maker because unit was not that old. Don't waste your time!!"

"Came the day after I called regarding our washing machine. Watched it go through a cycle and said he would have to contact the manufacturer and get further information before attempting further action. Repeated calls to find out status resulted in no return calls. Called another tech to get problem solved."

"Don’t waste your time! I called Borgman to repair a two-year old Maytag refrigerator. The repair person came to inspect the unit on a Wednesday morning. He said we needed new thermostat which he would order and then install following Monday. He never returned on Monday and did not call. We called him three times on Tuesday and left messages without a return call. On Thursday called again and left two messages. Again no return call. The following week we called again and the repair person answered. He indicated part was on backorder and he couldn’t get it for another month. He suggested we call another repair person to fix it. Is this really how you treat customers?"
