"We had a company truck with the keys locked in the cab. They were able to come out quickly and get us back in our truck so we could complete our route for the day."
"This shop is A+. They are very knowledgeable. I felt that the repair was quick and exact to the estimate. They have great communication skills and made me feel important. No doubt I will be a return customer. Thanks to the whole staff!"
"One of the worst experiences I have ever had. The only reason I would return is to honor the warranty they offered. Not sure if they actually will honor the warranty because as I left he told me not to return. The owner stated the oil leak he caused was not his problem. His second attempt to fix problem in a week. I was on an important business call in his lobby when he came out to talk to me, I mentioned I couldn't talk right now and he started to shout at me while on the call. He obviously thought he was more important and couldn't wait until I got off the call. I wanted to talk about the vehicle but turned his back and stormed away accusing me of things that were not true. 1. Accused me of wanting gas because vehicle had to be returned to his shop twice. Not the case, once I asked how much gas was in vehicle because I knew it was getting low only to offer his mechanic to stop at gas station to fill up where I have an account. Never gave me the chance to correct his accusation. 2. He made a point to mention I called his mechanic's cell phone. I called that number only because he called me with that number. When I redialed to talk to his office I soon realized it was not the correct number so I hung up and called the correct number. Not really sure what he was trying to accuse me of there. Very rude and unprofessional. Get your facts straight before accusing your paying customers of things that are not true."
"I realize many may see different here, but this place, the owner, just terrible in my opinion. They may do good work, but doing good work isn't the only aspect of business. Good customer relations is a huge part. A reasonable price is another. The 2 experiences I've had with this place have both been negative. One was price, I stopped and asked for an estimate to replace a sensor in my Chrysler. I was given a quote of $460.00 or so, I was told the part cost was $320, well I called around to all the parts stores locally for that part. 9 total, not one had a price over $78 for that part. I understand Mark up but that's just robbery, making a profit is needed for a business to run of course, but a 400% mark up? They just appear to be as those scheister shops telling you need unnecessary work done to pad the bill. And the 2nd experience, a simple conversation with the owner, he was rude, dismissive, border line abusive, non attentive, and honestly appeard that he couldn't care less about the problem I was explaining. Good Customer service today is lost pretty much. And it's certainly not part of the policy here at this place. Rude attitudes, failure to answer or return calls, excessive price gouging. If they do actual good work, I will concede that's a positive. But that's not enough to go on to have new or repeat business. Not in my opinion. The cons outweigh the pros by a long shot here. I will never recommend this shop to anyone and if asked I will explain in detail the poor experiences I've had."
"As close to divine intervention as I’ve come. My truck died with a fuel pump issue right in front of their business on a Saturday afternoon after their closing hours. The owner was still there, working in back, and was incredibly nice and got me squeezed in for Monday or Tuesday, despite them having a full slate. As promised, I received a call late Monday from Corey, the most awesome service coordinator ever, letting me know it was fixed. They even took it for several test runs to make sure it was fixed so I wouldn’t get stranded again on my 200 mile return to Milwaukee. Not only was the service outstanding, but the price was super reasonable. Someone was looking out for me when it died right in front of their shop. I cannot recommend them highly enough, best auto repair experience I have ever had. THANKS!!!"
