"This is the Spirit Airlines of saddle shops, they wanted us to buy everything. I’m surprised they didn’t charge us to leave. WHAT AN AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT bother with this place. My friend and I came into the store to browse and were immediately greeted by a tall man with peppery-colored hair and were directed to their selection of crushable, woolen hats. After reviewing their hat selection, neither of us were inclined to purchase any hate (hats). So, we then proceeded to casually look-over the vast selection of cowboy boots; there is a lot to see!!! The man followed us, indicating that he is “a salesman,” and he explicitly stated he wanted us to buy boots (understandable). However, this is the moment in our experience where our customer service experience went south. The man told us we were “fake customers.” My friend asked him “what is a fake customer?” To which he replied, “a person who comes into this store and doesn’t buy anything.” And, at that point, neither of us would - in fact - be inclined to buy anything from that establishment; how unfairly judgemental. He then told “I have to kick you out if you aren’t going to buy anything.” It was an empty store, my friend thought he was joking, but the man was serious. To his credit, he tried selling us a large, brass horse - HE DIDN’T HORSE AROUND!"

"I parked there for less then 10min before I came in, running next store to get a gift card for my wife with my 3 yr old son. We went in there and looked around, but they had called the police to give us a parking ticket. I pleaded my case but were very inconsiderate, this the day before Christmas Eve. They were very inconsiderate and unreasonable. Even though we came into the store and only in the their spot for 10mins. I pleaded my case to the officer but I think he had to take their side, not much he could do. I'm dumbfounded by the whole experience. Don't give them your business. It was obnoxious."

"AVOID THIS STORE AT ALL COSTS Horrible customer service, don’t waste your time even trying to walk in the door here. I came here looking to try on a few different cowboy hats so I could figure out the right size and test out a few different styles, as my wife wants to buy me my first cowboy hat for Christmas. The man in the store told me that try-one’s be are “for serious buyers only” and if “I wasn’t going to buy a hat he was not going to allow me to touch them.” He said this is the owners policy, but based off the reviews I’ve read I believe he is the owner, tall guy, with salt and pepper hair. He said this was store policy to deter people from trying hats on, and then going and purchasing them on the internet. Well I’m not sure how I’m supposed to purchase the hat in person if I can’t try it on and see if it fits and what it looks like."

"Drove well over an hour to purchase boots to "call for an immediate appointment " to hear a recording that the store will be closed until 1:45pm due to carpet cleaning and dry time. Will not ever be trying to go back to this store after this and reading the other reviews. What a shame to the horse and farming community!!!"
