"***DO NOT SHOP HERE*** READ THIS!!!!!!! I have never seen such a disgusting act of customer service in my life! Despite the fact that the shoes I purchased were never worn, they claimed they were damaged and could not be returned even though they promised they could be returned bc they were purchased as a gift… why are they selling them like this in the first place if they are in subpar condition? Then, one of the workers made one of the most RIDICULOUS comments I’ve ever heard. She said “if you saw that stain why would you spend your hard earned money on this?” Basically what she’s saying is she doesn’t understand why I would purchase THEIR OWN PRODUCT with my own money… CRAZY! Just so happens that this lady is actually one of the only people to leave a 5 star review on this store which is AGAINST GOOGLES POLICY!!! Terrible product, terrible customer service OH MY! SHOP ELSEWHERE THIS PLACE SHOULD NOT BE IN COMMISSION."
