"The store is great but their bank, Comenity, treated me very badly -- called demanding I pay $43 at once because the post office had returned my $29 check (saying it was wrongly addressed but it wasn't) and then Comenity added $14 interest for 10 days or so!"

"At one of my first visits to this store, a clerk told me to make sure to visit near the end of the month, when so many things go on sale. What I am finding is that they often offer an additional 25 or 30 percent off items that are already on sale. So, even though this store is expensive, I love it. The way the clothes fit, the softness of the fabrics, the style, it all really works for me."
