"I decided to surprise my wife by having her old high school tennis racket restrung. I know nothing about tennis so I was extremely happy when Brian was able to identify the racket and the strings it had on it before I even had it fully above the counter. He had is strung the next day and even answered my questions about how to stencil it so I could put a Grandville Bulldog paw print on it. I also asked him about what I thought was a small crack in the frame. He confirmed that it was a crack and let me know that it will continue to spread the more the racket is used. Since it was over 20 years old I figured I would also replace it and keep it for sentimental value. He was able to match me up with a racket that was very similar to the old one, which again with my lack of knowledge was very helpful. He didn't have it in stock but said he would be getting them in tomorrow. When I called the next day around noon to check on things he had the racket and said he could have it strung and ready to go in an hour. Overall unmatchable service."
