Heather took the time to make sure I was taken care of and absolutely went ABOVE & BEYOND with her level of customer service standards and practices. This is a fantastic team member and ANY business would be lucky to have her. Also, I want to make sure I mention Jim as well. He was extremely professional and was able to help fix my ski pole in minutes! If you haven't been to Bill & Paul's Sporthaus yet, then you are missing out!"
