"Here is a series of events that happened to me: 1. They forced me to get an ann Taylor Mastercard .I bought a top for 65 dollars from them .I asked them to set up auto pay.They said they did not know how to do it and I can do it later 2. I ultimately end up in collections because I didn’t pay for that one top on time .Through out this no notifications by email or phone . 3. Comenity bank starts calling me non stop , they are the collections company Ann Taylor uses. 4. I pay the bill now it’s 110 dollars because of the interest accumulated . 5: I call ann Taylor Mastercard customer service number to cancel my card and I got someone from across the world whose accent i could not even understand.He told me they cancelled my account after a difficult conversation. DONOT start an account with them .BEWARE especially because the people in woodland mall have no idea what they are doing . I have credit cards in other retail stores and I have never had a situation like this happen with any one of them . Their over priced clothes are just not worth the hassle."

"The two ladies today helped me put together and coordinate my fall wardrobe and took time to show me how to style the clothes in different ways. They were kind and patient. This is my first shopping trip for a grown up closet where I have to look like a boss. I could not have found a better source."

"All of the staff were super friendly and helpful! I was in a time crunch to find an outfit for my cousin's wedding, I gave one of the staff the colors I needed and what I was looking for, and she was extremely quick and also very witty. I am petite, and so it's usually difficult for me to find clothing that fits me well, but she selected styles from both regular and petite so that I could see which felt more comfortable. Even though it was a little spendy, it was a lot less than I was expecting to pay. Additionally, the quality of the clothes felt great. I would wholly recommend going here!"
