"I purchased 3 pairs of scrubs in July from this company, realized they were the wrong size and sent them back. I called and a representative answered and we discussed an exchange. I just really wanted my scrubs. A month passed no update. I have been calling since AUGUST and no one picks up the phone. So I have been scammed out of 200 dollars and I am super annoyed. Up to today I called and no answer so congratulations you guys just stole my 200 dollars. Avoid this company at all costs people they are thieves!"

"Placed an order on August 30th Have no update on it I’ve emailed and messaged them several times even called and no one has gotten back to me with an update on my order tried to start a dispute and couldn’t even fill out the details because I don’t even have an estimated delivery date . Disappointing. I was excited about finding the color i needed for school to not even receiving it on time. Never again if I could put 0 stars I would ."

"There’s no option to leave no stars….I ordered from this company and yet have received a refund for the purchase I already returned since Jan 2022. I tried reaching this company by email and contacting the phone number and no resolution. The phone number cannot even reach a live representative. I know they received the order back with the UPS tracking since Jan 14, 2022 and yet to received a refund for something I no longer have. I couldn’t stop the deliver since it was already in process but as soon as I received it I immediately sent it back to the address back provided on their website. Now they reply to me all this time, and stated I am past their return policy time frame when I received their product one month later which allowed the returned policy to expire. I contacted this company to stop as soon as I changed my mind so the order would not go through, literally a day later and no response until I make a comment here."
